Client Portal Options

Timesheet Process

Timesheet Process Steps. Please confirm on what processes you would like including?

Timesheet in E4 is exposed to candidate to fill in
Candidate fills in TS and submits
Client logs into portal to see candidate's Timesheets
Client will accept or reject TS with an optional note saying why
Notifications go and a record is made in E4
The Timesheet, if accepted, is set from pending to the appropriate setting in E4
If rejected, pending status stays, but TS is editable in the candidate portal to address the issue

Option 2 Steps

Worker updates day worked in TS
Client confirms each day with a signature on the candidate's phone
When all days are signed by the client, the TS is automatically submitted
The daily signature is recorded, including the time of record and IP
If a TS is not signed by the manager locally, it can be signed on the client portal
Different people/managers can confirm on the phone with a signature/name and email recorded
